MADD MACQ’S of Doom (a.k.a MM009) |
The records just keep getting shattered with every Madd Macq’s Disc Golf event, this time we had the lowest handicapped score (Rodney Clark who blitzed everyone with a two round combined score of 96, congrats!) and the largest number of MM players (30).
This time things were a little different, the second round was a modified version of the Macquarie Uni object course with some of the old homemade baskets emerging from the depths of the storage unit, thanks to Lee for setting the course up. There was lots of talk regarding the upcoming Disc Golf at the Australian Flying Disc Individual Championships to be held at the end of the month at Macquarie Uni (April 27th-30th) which is expected to draw record numbers. Details on the final format of the Disc Golf Event during this event is yet to be determined, but will be announced soon! Also, we are all looking forward to the first Annual General Meeting of the Disc Golf committee of AFDA.
