Program Overview

The ADG Grants Program provides financial support for activities, infrastructure, and resources that advance disc golf across Australia. We’re committed to fostering growth, increasing accessibility, and strengthening communities through strategic funding aligned with our Disc Golf 2028 vision.

Grant Categories

Co-funding note: Grants will not cover the full cost of Category 1 or Category 2 projects. Applicants must demonstrate partial funding from State Disc Golf Associations, clubs, government grants, councils, or direct revenue from the activity.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Applications must be submitted by or with the support of a State Disc Golf Association
  • Where no state body exists, other clubs in the state must be made aware of the application
  • For Categories 1 & 2, partial funding from other sources must be demonstrated
  • The project must align with ADG’s mission of increasing participation and accessibility

How Applications Are Assessed

All applications are scored against six criteria. Applications are scored out of 100 points total, with different outcomes based on your score. Download the Grant Assessment Guide to see exactly how each criterion is weighted.

Application Process

Review the guidelines Download and read the Grant Assessment Guide to understand how applications are evaluated and what makes a competitive proposal.
Complete the application form Download the application form and provide detailed information about your project, including objectives, timeline, budget, and community support.
Submit your application Email your completed application to grants@australiandiscgolf.com. Applications are reviewed by the ADG Board and recipients announced forthwith.
If conditionally approved You’ll receive specific feedback on areas needing improvement and have 2–4 weeks to revise and resubmit.
Complete your project & report back Once funded, complete your activity and submit a final report documenting outcomes, participation, and impact.
