Announcing the Memorandum of Understanding between Golf Australia and Australian Disc Golf

ADG-FistBumpAustralian Disc Golf (ADG) is excited to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Golf Australia (GA).
Golf Australia is the governing body for golf in Australia and it has two key priorities – inspiring more people to play more golf and ensuring Australian golf clubs and facilities are healthy and sustainable. This agreement has the potential to impact both.

2017 ADG Grants Program

We are proud to announce the 2017 ADG Grants Program is now open for submissions. Our aim again this year is to award financial assistance for activities and initiatives that grow the sport of Disc Golf throughout Australia.

If you have an innovative idea that meets the ADG’s guidelines, download and fill out the application form on this page. Fill out the forms and email your ideas to the ADG Board by September 1st 2017.

VIC women lead from the front!

In the lead up to the 10th annual Vic Open in a few days, we had a short Q & A with some of the women who are pushing Disc Golf in Victoria at the moment. All are active participants in the competitive scene here in Victoria (in both Geelong and Melbourne). Hear their insights on the game, what drives them, and their goals for 2017. The Sizzler is back with a new venue in 2017… and it’s going to be HUGE!

coverAlready shaping up to be one of the biggest events on the ADG tour calendar for 2017, Todd Nowack and the ACT Disc Golf crew are looking to raise the bar once again for this years Sizzler. ADG Tour kicks off with a PDGA Major

The 2017 ADG, PDGA and World Disc Golf Tours kick off on January 26th in Perth at the 2017 Aussie Open. The tournament is once again a PDGA Major and will feature the world’s best disc golfers playing at this high calibre event.

2016 ADG Annual Report
